Did you feel a little tug of sadness when you put your tree away after Christmas? If only there were a way to hold onto that holiday feeling. Well, Christmas might technically be over, but it’s still going strong at the Customs House Museum and Cultural Center. Stop by to see the Christmas Town exhibit through Jan. 27. This exhibit brings Christmas to life, so you can enjoy that holiday magic for a little bit longer.
Admission is $7 for adults, $5 for seniors and college students, and $3 for kids. Children 5 and under get in for free.
About Christmas Town
Christmas Town is a gorgeous display of hundreds of porcelain items that make up an entire village. There are people, houses, bridges, and more in this one-of-a-kind town. This isn’t just a stationary town, either. There are moving parts, including a train, and the lights really bring it to life.
Jimmy and Sue Drye assembled the entire town themselves, and their children donated it to the museum. Now, it goes up every year around Christmastime, so the people of Clarksville can enjoy it. It’s a great way to honor the Drye family, and it will give you an extra boost of holiday cheer.

Keep the Fun Going with Champagne and Chocolate
You can also boost your cheer level by attending the Champagne and Chocolate event at the Customs House Museum and Cultural Center. This event will be on Jan. 18 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tickets are $50 a person and will give you access to chocolate, wine, beer, and live music. Plus, there will be a silent auction. Stop by and see Christmas Town during the day, and then head back to the museum for the festivities in the evening. It’ll make for the perfect day.
As long as you’re still celebrating the holidays, you might as well get something for yourself. James Corlew Chevrolet in Clarksville, Tennessee, has the perfect post-holiday present for you. You might not be able to wrap it, but you’ll still feel the joy of Christmas when you slide behind the wheel.
