Thanksgiving is such a well-loved holiday because, at its core, it teaches us all to slow down and appreciate the little things, and nothing makes people happier than realizing how valuable the people in their lives are. Another thing people love about Thanksgiving is the hot meal they get to share with their loved ones. However, not everyone has that opportunity. That’s why James Corlew Chevrolet & Cadillac is hosting the second annual Turkeys for Troops event in downtown Clarksville! If you’re feeling the need to give back and help someone in your community have the best Thanksgiving yet, keep reading to find out how you can get involved.
Event Details
On November 23, join us at the dealership for a day of family time and heart-warming fun! The event will take place from 8 a.m. until noon, so come early or sleep in and meet us there later. At the Turkeys for Troops event, we will be giving away 1,500 turkeys to active and retired military personnel and their families. This is your chance to see those who have blessed us with their service be blessed with a meal to celebrate the holiday of thankfulness.
In order to receive a turkey, a valid military ID must be present, and there is a limit of one turkey per household. We are so excited to welcome all of you to our dealership!
