Take Your Family To The Catfish House

Fried Catfish With Coleslaw and French Fries
Any restaurant that’s been open since the ‘70s must be doing something right, and you’re sure to see exactly what that is when you dine out at The Catfish House here in Clarksville.

Getting Started

When you’re ready to sit down and dig in, The Catfish House has you covered with a selection of appetizers. Guests have raved about the fried okra, while other fried fare includes the hand-breaded fried pickles with ranch. Don’t overlook the onion rings and cheese sticks, either. If you prefer variety, go with the appetizer platter to combine the pickles, rings, and sticks.

What’s for Dinner?

There’s certainly no shortage of entrees at the Catfish House. If you’re angling for catfish, you’ve come to the right place of course, and you can find the classic river cat in fillet dinners, sandwiches, Cajun-spiced strips, and on the bone. Other seafood options include the plump crab cakes, fried oysters, and jumbo shrimp with rice. You could also go for the scallops, which can be fried or grilled, or the seafood platter with a variety of fish and other aquatic fare. If you’re not looking for surf, the turf options include hearty burgers, chicken tenders, fettuccine alfredo, and sizzling steaks.
